About

Samantha Andersson is a writer, educator, former Division I athlete, and mother of two active boys. Her work explores identity, family, resilience, and the quiet pressures we often pass down without meaning to.

She lives on a farm with her family, where daily life is full of movement, responsibility, laughter, and the steady rhythm of raising children who love to play, compete, and grow. That balance between ambition and ordinary life shapes much of what she writes.

Samantha holds a B.S. in Biology Education, an M.S. in Administrative Leadership, and an M.S. in Chemistry. Her background in education and leadership brings depth and perspective to stories about growth, belonging, and human connection.

Through fiction and nonfiction, she writes about youth sports, parenthood, memory, and the moments that quietly change us. When time allows, she enjoys reading, knitting, and tending to plants and flowers. Her hope is to create stories that feel honest, human, and worth carrying with you.
